  78.0 III-3.10-POLICY ON CERTIFICATE OF MERIT AWARDS IN AGRICULTURE
 
 
  (Approved by the Board of Regents, April 26, 1990)
 
 
        The Chancellor, on the recommendation of either of the
  Presidents of the University System's land grant institutions and
  of the Vice Chancellor for Agriculture and Natural Resources,
  shall approve the Certificate of Merit Awards in Agriculture.
