Statement of Nathan A. Chapman, Jr., Chair University System of Maryland Board of Regents

Dr. Mark L. Perkins has submitted to me a letter of resignation from the position of president of Towson University effective April 5, 2002.  The Board of Regents intends to move expeditiously to address the leadership needs of Towson University.
