USM Board of Regents Committee on Organization and Compensation Meets June 23

Adelphi, Md. (June 20, 2014) -- The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents Committee on Organization and Compensation will meet at 8 a.m. on Monday, June 23. The meeting will be held in the Board Room, 14^th floor of the Saratoga Building at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. The building is located at 220 North Arch Street, Baltimore, MD.

The committee will take a public vote on whether to reconvene in closed session. In closed session, the committee would discuss issues specifically exempted in the Open Meetings Act from the requirement for public consideration. Those issues include proposed compensation recommendations for USM presidents and USM vice chancellors, and possible discussion about potential litigation.
