ADELPHI, Md. (February 19, 2008) - University System of Maryland (USM) Chancellor William E. Kirwan and University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) President David J. Ramsay have been named among 60 "Influential Marylanders" for 2008 by The Daily Record legal and business newspaper.
