Developed during the past several months, the Strategic Plan articulates the action USM must take now to ensure Maryland can help the nation regain economic and educational leadership.

The public meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. Friday, December 3, in the Alumni Suite of the Physical Education Complex at Coppin State University, 2500 W. North Avenue, Baltimore, MD.

In other action, the board will vote on two new academic program proposals at Towson University and new policies regarding employment of USM adjunct faculty and appointment of USM graduate assistants.

Reports will be presented from the councils of university system presidents, faculty, staff and students.
