JAMES T. BRADY

Managing Director of Ballantrae International, Ltd., a management consulting firm that focuses on business strategies. Member of the boards of: Constellation Energy Group (also chairs Audit Committee); McCormick & Company, Inc.; Aether Holdings, Inc.; and T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Served as Secretary of Maryland's Department of Business and Economic Development May 1995-April 1998. Earlier, employed by Arthur Andersen LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm, for 33 years (last 17 as Managing Partner of the Long Island and Baltimore offices). Currently, Vice-Chair of the Maryland Appellate Judicial Nominating Commission, Chair of the B & O Railroad Museum Board of Directors, Chair of the Frederick County Business Development Advisory Council, Trustee of Center Stage, and Trustee of Mount Saint Mary's College. Also on the boards of Maryland Business for Responsive Government and the Maryland Humanities Council. Earned bachelor's degree in business administration from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY, in 1962.
