Graduate Assistant and Adjunct Faculty Study Workgroup The Maryland General Assembly included Joint Chairman's Report Language in the FY 2010 Budget directing the University System of Maryland (USM) to convene a workgroup to study issues surrounding Graduate Assistants and Adjunct Faculty and report the findings to the Budget Committees by November 1, 2009.
