The Quality Matters^(TM) Project is designed to improve the quality of online courses by establishing a peer-review quality assurance process.  This training will explore the Quality Matters^(TM) Project and rubric and will provide you with the framework to improve the quality of your online course.  Participants in this hands-on workshop will use the Quality Matters^(TM) rubric to review their online course, and to identify strong areas of their course and generate ideas for improvements in other areas.  In addition, participants will develop a course improvement plan that includes an articulation the course modifications the faculty member wishes to make, the resources and support needed to make these modifications, and a timeline for making these modifications.  This session will be of interest to faculty, staff, and instructional designers, who have already developed an online course. ( As the basis for their work in this training session, participants will be asked to select and bring one of their previously-developed online courses to the training.)
