It's easy! The only rule is that all materials used need to be recyclable.
The best works will be innovative, esthetically pleasing and represent the
mission of Earth Week. All entries should be dropped off on Monday, April 21 at
the University Union, Room 232, Towson University (Campus Life Office) by 5 PM.
