The USM Learning and Talent Development Committee is a group of talent development professionals representing each USM school dedicated to elevating the professional knowledge, skills, and abilities of USM employees. They are committed to bolstering faculty and staff development to meet the strategic needs of USM institutions successfully. Since its founding, the Committee has launched 7 conferences to offer professional development and learning to staff and faculty across the USM.
