Regents' External Relations Committee to Meet March 1 at UMBC

The External Relations Committee of the University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents will meet in public session on Friday, March 1 in Room 767 of the Albin O. Kuhn Library at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in Catonsville. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m.

• System technology parks, with a report on the UMBC Research Park Corporation from Ellen Wiggins, director of the UMBC Research Park Corporation and special assistant to the vice president
  
• Marketing campaign reports at the University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP) from Terry Flannery, executive director of University Communications and Marketing at UMCP, and University of Maryland University College (UMUC) from David Freeman, vice president for Communications at UMUC
  
• Regents' policy compliance report for independent alumni associations
  
• Capital campaign status report
  
• Update on the USM budget
