USM Board of Regents Committee on Organization and Compensation Meets September 8

Adelphi, Md. (Sept. 8, 2015) -- The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents Committee on Organization and Compensation meets at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 10. The meeting will be held in the Board Room, 14th floor of the Saratoga Building at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. The building is located at 220 North Arch Street, Baltimore, MD.

In closed session, the committee would discuss an issue specifically exempted in the Open Meetings Act from the requirement for public consideration.

The exempted items are discussion of USM presidential compensation; review of a 5-year evaluation report of a USM president; review of a memorandum of understanding between Salisbury University police officers and the Fraternal Order of Police; and request for a waiver of conflict of interest for a senior USM officer.
