USM Regents Committee on Organization and Compensation Meets February 21
Baltimore, Md. (Feb. 19, 2019) – The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents Committee on Organization and Compensation will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 21.A public vote will be held on whether to reconvene in closed session. Barring inclement weather, the vote will take place in the Chancellor's Conference Room in the USM Office Elkins Building, 3300 Metzerott Road, Adelphi, MD. In closed session, the committee would discuss items exempted in the Open Meetings Act from public consideration.
The reasons for closing are to maintain confidentiality regarding collective bargaining negotiations; to handle an administrative matter concerning presidential succession planning; and to maintain confidentiality of discussions regarding specific employment agreements.
