USM Regents Committee on Education Policy and Student Life Meets May 7

Baltimore, Md. (May 3, 2019) – The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents Committee on Education Policy and Student Life will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 7 at the University of Baltimore.

The meeting will be held in the Hilda and Michael Bogomolny Room (5th floor) of the Student Center at the University of Baltimore (UB), located at 21 W. Mt. Royal Avenue, Baltimore, MD.

The committee will vote on several academic program proposals. Those proposals are a Master of Arts in Dance Education and a Master of Music in Music Pedagogy, both at Towson University; a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Bowie State University; and a Master of Science in Cannabis Science and Therapeutics at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

The committee also will vote on amendments to existing USM policies and hear several information items, including the campus crime report, and USM enrollment projections.
