USM Board of Regents to Hold Special Meeting 4 p.m. Today via Conference Call
Baltimore, Md. (Nov. 20, 2019) -- The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents will hold a special meeting at 4 p.m. today via conference call.The board will vote publicly via conference call at the USM Baltimore headquarters building in the Columbus Center, located at 701 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, Md., on whether to reconvene its meeting via conference call in closed session. (Attendees should check in with the lobby security desk, to be directed to a specific room.)
The reasons for closing are to discuss personnel and administrative matters concerning a candidate’s appointment and to discuss an administrative matter and consult with legal counsel on communications related to potential litigation.
