USM Board of Regents Committee on Finance Meets June 10

The committee will vote on several action items. Agendas and supporting materials for Board of Regents meetings are posted and updated here. The committee will receive two information items. The committee then will vote on whether to reconvene in closed session to discuss items exempted from public consideration under the Open Meetings Act.
The reasons for closing are to maintain confidentiality of real property acquisitions before board approval and (pursuant to executive privilege) the proposed capital budget prior to the Governor’s submission to legislature; and an administrative matter concerning development of a forecast to estimate financial impact of COVID-19.
