USM Board of Regents Committee on Audit Meets January 13

The committee will discuss two information items: USM fiscal year (FY) 2022 audited financial statements and an independent audit of USM FY 2022 financial statements. As an action item, the committee will consider modifications to the board policy on affiliated philanthropic support foundations.
