The committee will vote on whether to reconvene in closed session to discuss items exempted from public consideration under the Open Meetings Act. Those items are a mid-negotiation briefing regarding a collective bargaining memorandum of understanding at a USM institution; an update on status of collective bargaining at USM institutions; an information update on specific personnel contracts subject to review under the Policy on Board of Regents Review of Certain Contracts and Employment Agreements; and annual review of USM presidents.
