Textbook Affordability Summit Set for November 24; Register Online
ADELPHI, Md. (November 3, 2008) - University System of Maryland (USM) Chancellor William E. Kirwan and the Board of Regents--joined by St. Mary's College of Maryland, Morgan State University, the Maryland Association of Community Colleges, and the Maryland Independent Colleges and Universities Association--will host a summit to address the rising costs of textbooks and to explore ways to reduce costs while ensuring the highest quality and most relevant information available.

The forum is open to college students, student organizations, university faculty, and staff. Seating is limited and advance registration is required.
