Persons wishing to use a facility must apply to the proper administrative authorities. Each president will be responsible for adopting rules governing the use of its facilities, and procedures for the application for such use. A reasonable charge may be made to cover costs of such facilities, including utilities, police protection, janitorial service, and other necessary expenses. Permission to use a facility does not imply endorsement by the University or its institutions of the view or programs of the user. Replacement for: BOR VI-5.00 BOT XIII-G
