156.0 VI-8.00-POLICY ON THE USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES 
  AT UNIVERSITY SYSTEM INSTITUTIONS AND FACILITIES

        Each President shall be responsible for adopting rules
  governing the use of alcoholic beverages at each institution and
