247.0 VIII-1.40-FORMS MANAGEMENT
  (Issued by the Chancellor, October 8, 1990)
 
 
   1.   The Chief Executive Officer of each institution and
        component shall establish a Forms Management Program.
 
   2.   Consistent with the requirements of State Government
        Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, Sections 10-604
        through 10-608, the Program shall identify a forms
        management officer and a forms management plan.
 
   3.   Within thirty days following the close of the fiscal year,
        each Chief Executive Officer shall submit to the Chancellor
        an annual report on forms management activities during the
        preceding fiscal year.
 
   4.   The Chancellor shall submit a consolidated University of
        Maryland System report for the preceding fiscal year to the
        Joint Budget and Audit Committee prior to September 1 of
        each year.
