Chairman Kendall moved, Regent Nevins seconded and the Board of Regents voted unanimously to convene in Special Public Session on Thursday, March 18, 2004 at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County at 12:30 p.m. Those present were: Chairman Kendall, Regents Finan, Florestano, Hug (by phone), Mandel, Mitchell (by phone), Nevins, Pevenstein, Rosapepe, Tydings, Wood and Shockley; Chancellor Kirwan, Vice Chancellors Goldstein and Vivona, Ms. Ryan, Assistant Attorney Generals Anderson and Short.
