The Job Class Code is a 6-character code defined as follows:
- 1) The letter 'N' for Nonexempt employees
2-3) The Range this position has been assigned to in the Pay Program.
4-6) A 3-character code used to help identify the type of position,
e.g., AC1, AC2,
and AC3 are assigned to the Accounting Clerk I, II, and III positions
respectively.
The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) designation indicates whether
the position is
Nonexempt (eligible for overtime).
