As the result of a comprehensive technical review of the USM's human resources policies (Section VII of the USM Policies and Procedures), the following technical amendments are proposed. This series of amendments will be reviewed by the Board of Regents' Committee on Finance on September 29, 2015 and considered for approval by the full Board of Regents at the Board's October 9, 2015 meeting.
