Workday Learning, within Workday, serves as your central hub for accessing a comprehensive suite of on-demand training resources. Designed for convenience and flexibility, our training materials in Workday include computer-based training (CBT) videos, step-by-step job aids, a terminology glossary, and commonly used reports—available anytime, anywhere to enhance your learning experience.
As we transition to using Workday in production, it’s essential to understand how to utilize these resources effectively to perform tasks in Workday Production. The tools and materials available in Workday are designed to help you seamlessly navigate and execute your responsibilities.
What’s Available?

How to Access Training Materials
Accessing Workday is easy and secure using the Single Sign-On (SSO) system, the same way you access other university software applications. Here’s how to get started:
- Access Workday Learning: Click here to go to the Workday Learning login page.
- Select Your School: Choose your school’s SSO link from the list provided.
- Select Menu in the top left corner.
- Select Learning app.
- Go to Discover > Browse Learning > enter the topic or job aid name into the search bar under Browse Learning Content. Tip: use the faceted filters on the left to narrow down results. Job aids are Lessons under Type.

Finding and using your training materials has never been simpler:
