James T. Brady currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Dunbar Armored, Inc. and is a former director of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., Constellation Energy Group Inc., and McCormick & Co Inc. He was selected for inclusion in the 2012 NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) Directorship 100, which annually recognizes the most influential leaders in corporate governance, and as a recipient of the Baltimore Business Journal's 2013 Outstanding Director award.

From May 1995 through April 1998 Mr. Brady served as the Secretary of Maryland's Department of Business and Economic Development. Prior to his service as Secretary Mr. Brady was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm, for 33 years, the last 17 as Managing Partner of the Long Island and Baltimore offices.

Mr. Brady is currently a Trustee of Stevenson University and Centerstage and a Director of the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs and Leadership Maryland. He was the Campaign Chairman for Governor Hogan and served as Co-Chair of his transition team. He has also served as the co-chair of Maryland gubernatorial transition teams in 1994 and 2002, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the B&O Railroad Museum from 1998 to 2006, a Trustee of Mount St. Mary's University from 2001 to 2009 and a Director of the Baltimore Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from 2006 to 2012. In 2005 he was the recipient of the Governor's Leadership Award presented by the World Trade Center Institute.

Mr. Brady was born in New York City and lived on Long Island, New York from 1971 to 1985. He graduated from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York in 1962 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He holds honorary doctorate degrees from Iona College, Stevenson University and Loyola University in Maryland.

Mr. Brady lives in Frederick County, Maryland with his wife Fran. They have two grown children, Jim and Linda, and two grandsons.
