Debt Ratings for USM Remain Strong, Despite Challenging Financial Climate in Higher Education

Adelphi, Md. (Feb. 2, 2016) -- The three principal bonds ratings agencies-Standard & Poor's, Moody's, and Fitch-have informed the University System of Maryland (USM) that the USM will maintain its traditionally high ratings with the issuance of $201.33 million auxiliary facility and tuition revenue bonds.
