Regents' Finance Committee to Meet September 21 at Bowie State University

The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents' Committee on Finance will meet in public session on Thursday, September 21 at approximately 10:15 a.m. in the Thurgood G. In addition, the full-time student population is expected to increase by more than 10 percent by 2009. With Board approval, Frostburg will issue a proposal request for private developers to build a residency hall to be ready for occupancy by Fall 2002.

  • USM Common Trust endowment managers report.

  • Proposal to revise the USM policy on endowment fund spending so that institutions participating in the Common Trust fund pool can continue to seek reimbursements for their capital campaign efforts for the duration of the USM's Make a Lasting Impression campaign through 2002.
