Regents' Technology Committee to Meet May 13 at USM Office
The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents' Committee on
Technology will meet in public session via teleconference on Monday, May 13 at
10 a.m. The call will emanate from the Chancellor's Conference Room in the USM
Office, 3300 Metzerott Road in Adelphi, MD.
The Committee will consider the following agenda items:
- Update of the USM Digital Divide Initiative, including plans to use one-time
funding to purchase computers for qualifying students at the University of
Maryland Eastern Shore, Coppin State College, and Bowie State University, the
three USM institutions where the digital divide is most apparent according to a
recent Technology Committee survey

Update on proposed technology fees
