Regents' Finance Committee to Hold
Workshop on USM Capital Budget Priorities
ADELPHI MD—The Finance Committee of the University
System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents will conduct a capital
facilities workshop for USM presidents and other members of the
board Thursday, May 20, at the University of Maryland Biotechnology
Institute's Christopher Columbus Center, 701 E. Pratt St., Baltimore.
Scheduled to begin at 9:30 am, the workshop for the presidents and
regents will be in the second-floor multipurpose room.
Participants will review and discuss USM capital budget
priorities for the next decade, including the State Capital
Improvement Program and the System-Funded Construction Program.
The workshop will help to prepare the Finance Committee
for its June 17 meeting, at which it will vote on capital budget
recommendations for consideration by the full Board of Regents
June 23.
