USM Board of Regents to Hold Special Meeting on January 13


Baltimore, Md. (Jan. 11, 2021) – The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, January 13.

The board will hear an update from USM Chancellor Jay A. Perman. The board then will vote on whether to reconvene its meeting via conference call in closed session to discuss items exempted from public consideration under the Open Meetings Act.

These items include individual personnel matters, an administrative matter, and information concerning the Governor’s fiscal year 2022 budget proposal.
