USM Board of Regents Committee on Education Policy and Student Life Meets March 5


Baltimore, Md. (March 3, 2021) – The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents Committee on Education Policy and Student Life will hold its next scheduled meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 5.

The committee will vote on several proposed academic programs. Those programs are a M.S. in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the University of Maryland, Baltimore; a Master of Extension Education Program at the University of Maryland, College Park; and B.S. programs at University of Maryland Global Campus in Cloud Computing Systems and Data Science.

Information items before the committee include reviews of post-approval academic programs and five-year enrollment patterns for new academic programs. The committee also will hear updates on the Kirwan Center for Academic Innovation and USM P-20 programs.
