USM Board of Regents Committee on Education Policy and Student Life Meets May 4
Baltimore, Md. (April 30, 2021) – The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents Committee on Education Policy and Student Life will hold its next scheduled meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 4.

The committee will vote on several proposed academic programs. Those programs are a B.S. in Data Science and a M.S. in Health Information Management at Coppin State University; a B.S. in Social Data Science and a B.S. in Fermentation Science at University of Maryland, College Park; and a Doctor of Philosophy in Palliative Care at University of Maryland, Baltimore.
The committee will vote on USM institutions’ 2021 cultural diversity reports and a University of Maryland Eastern Shore request to use standardized tests as an optional criterion for admission.
