USM Board of Regents Committee on Governance and Compensation to Meet on April 9

Baltimore, Md. (Apr. 8, 2024) – The USM Board of Regents Committee on Governance and Compensation will meet on Tuesday, April 9, at 9:00 a.m.

The committee will vote on certification of committee charters, followed by a vote on whether to reconvene in closed session to discuss items exempted from public consideration under the Open Meetings Act. Those items are an update on the status of collective bargaining at USM institutions and matters concerning specific employment agreements of USM and institutional personnel.
