USM Board of Regents Committee on Governance & Compensation to Meet on October 27

The committee will vote on a review of its charge and convene to a closed session to discuss items exempted from public consideration under the Open Meetings Act. Those items concern an update on the status of collective bargaining at USM institution and an information update regarding specific personnel contracts.
