USM Board of Regents to Hold Special Meeting November 11
Baltimore, Md. (November 10, 2025) –The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11. Access to the public meeting is available via the following dial-in information:

The board then will vote on whether to reconvene in closed session to discuss items exempt from public consideration under the Open Meetings Act.
Those items are discussion about a financial analysis and discussion with counsel about an athletics-related contract under consideration.
