Board of Regents' Finance Committee to Meet November 19 at UMB

ADELPHI, Md. (November 16, 2007) - The Committee on Finance of the University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents will meet Monday, November 19, 2007, at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. The public session of the meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. on the 14th floor of the Saratoga Office Building, 220 N. Arch Street, Baltimore. The meeting will be preceded at 12:30 p.m. by an executive session of the committee.

Action items on the committee's agenda include:

  • Renewal of system-wide scientific supplies contract;
  • Request by the University of Maryland School of Medicine's Institute for Human Virology for approval of a contract for support staff services in Africa and the Caribbean.

The committee will also receive a report on the system's opening Fall 2007 enrollments and FY 2008 estimated FTE (full-time equivalent) enrollment.
