Teacher Shortage, UMCP Strategic Plan on Regents' Education Policy Committee Agenda, October 2

ADELPHI, Md. (September 24, 2008) - The Committee on Education Policy of the University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents will meet Thursday, October 2, 2008, at the University Maryland School of Law, 5000 West Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD. The public meeting will convene at 9:30 a.m. in the Krongard Board Room on the building's first floor.

The committee's agenda includes:

  • Report of the Teacher Shortage Task Force;
  • University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP) Strategic Plan;
  • Coppin State University's Middle States Accreditation Report;
  • Grant from the National Science Foundation for Minority Student Pipeline Math Science Partnership.
