Textbook Affordability Summit Set for November 24; Register Online
ADELPHI, Md.
(November 3, 2008) - University
System of Maryland (USM) Chancellor
William E. Kirwan and the Board of Regents--joined by St. Mary's College of
Maryland, Morgan State University, the Maryland Association of Community
Colleges, and the Maryland Independent Colleges and Universities
Association--will host a summit to address the rising costs of textbooks and to
explore ways to reduce costs while ensuring the highest quality and most
relevant information available.
